Refund policy

At Kansyam, each of our items is meticulously handcrafted by skilled rural artisans. Due to the unique nature of handmade work, slight imperfections or variations are natural and are considered a testament to the authenticity of the craftsmanship, not defects.

Returns & Replacements (India Only) We accept returns or offer replacements exclusively for items that have been damaged during transit within India.

  • Reporting Damage: If your item arrives damaged, you must report it within 2 days of delivery.

  • How to Report: Please email us at info@kansyam.com with the following:

    • Clear photographs of the damaged item.

    • Your order number.

  • Resolution Options: Upon verification of the damage, you may choose to receive a refund, an exchange for the same item, or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items may be explicitly marked as "non-returnable" on their respective product pages. These items cannot be exchanged or returned unless they arrive damaged. The same damage reporting process as above applies to these items.

International Orders For international orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged. In case of damage, please share photos and details with us at info@kansyam.com immediately upon receipt of the order.

Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
